This invention is another breakthrough and disruptive innovation in health care green products achieved by Nbond for the second time in 2022 using its Sanlyzox technology, (Nbond released the first flushable dispersible sanitary napkin in China on July 28, 2022). These actions also herald a small step in the transformation of Nbond from a pure B2B company to a deeper involvement in the B2C sanitary products market, practicing a new strategic transformation of the company. The flushable anti-spill breast pad combines the requirements of toilet-accessible, and after studying and analyzing the specifications and conditions of toilets in economies around the world, it can be flushed smoothly in the toilet, which will not only reduce the embarrassing scenes after using, but also effectively reduce the pollution to the living environment, and apply the pure plant cellulose fiber structure to the entire surface and outer layer of the anti-spill breast pad. The plant fibers tested by authorities begin to decompose 14 days after the product is landfilled, and are 100% biodegradable within 28 days. Toilet-ready, flushable and degradable are the three main challenges of existing anti-spill pads done as flushable products.
Public information shows that 30,000 tons of the 80,000 tons annual capacity of non-woven fabrics of Nbond are flushable materials, which is the largest flushable non-woven fabrics factory in China.
